Okay, y'all, I need your help.

I need TV series that are about/take place in high school (or college, if you can think of anything). Here are the catches: it needs to have aired in the last ten years, it needs to be relatively short (between 1 and 4 seasons), must be American (*sigh*), and it needs to be/have been popular with the 16-22 year-old crowd.

Right now, I'm looking at Popular. I would really prefer something that isn't n its first season right now (please don't suggest Glee...it really doesn't fit what I need for this project). I'm considering using Gossip Girl as well, but I've never seen it...soooo, I'm not sure if there are any actual classroom scenes in it.

Also, if you can think of any movies that deal with college that fit the same criteria (save the seasons), please send suggestions my way.

Edit: So, along with Popular, I'm not considering The Secret Life of an American Teenager (ugh, I know, but it fits the demographic I want), and possibly South of Nowhere--does anyone know anything about it specifically, btw?

Watched Hocus Pocus tonight with some friends since I had rented it for last night (but never got around to it) and it amused the hell out of us just how many times they had to mention Max of the mighty tye-dyed shirts was a virgin*. Especially his little sister who told just about everyone she met on the street.

*note: to those who haven't seen the movie/forgot about it, it is a major plot device where The Black Flame Candle has the ability to bring witches back from the dead if lit by a virgin on the night of a full moon. Why this guy lit the candle in front of his crush and big-mouthed sister for lolz, WE WILL NEVER KNOW.

It's really quiet here in the mornings now. It's depressing.

kaitou_marina, miiiiiiight be slight change in plans because my mom just pulled something really weird on me last night which might result in me having to leave Seattle the 13th and not the 15th. I'm not sure what's going on yet. I'll try to catch you on AIM later w/ more details but we should like....try to get together during an evening before i leave or something? I feel weird being like "I'M HERE! NOT!" after I already told you I'm going. =/

Was looking through my photobucket for some old pictures and found this old comic featuring some original characters that I did for my school paper. In high school. So that's....about six years ago. It's sad that I still find it funny.
